MARGARITA

                                                 
                                               


INGREDIENTS 
===========

White tequila.                         3 measures. ( 1 1/2 oz  is 1 measure )

Triple sec or Cointreau.          1 measure

Lime juice.                             2 measures

Lime wedges

Coarse salt

Cracked ice cubes


METHOD
=======

1. Rub the rim of a chilled cocktail glass with a lime wedge , then dip in a saucer
    of coarse salt to frost .

2. Put the cracked ice into a cocktail shaker . Pour tequila , triple sec , lime juice
    and shake vigorously until well frosted .

3. Strain into the glass and dress with a lime wedge .
