FIELD BEANS RASAM - AVAREKALLU SAARU


         
                              



INGREDIENTS

Fresh field beans , boiled.               2 cups

Freshly grated coconut.                  1/2 cup

Cumin seeds.                                1 teaspoon

Tomato.                                        1 small

Rasam powder.                             1 teaspoon 
( add more if u want it spicy )

Curry leaves

Mustard for seasoning

Asofotedia 

Turmeric powder.          

Tamarind juice.                             1 tablespoon

Jaggery.                                      1 tablespoon

Fresh Coriander for garnishing


METHOD
=======

1 . Grind coconut , 1/2 cup of boiled field beans , cumin seeds , rasam powder , tomato into fine paste .

2 . In a handi or kadai , add the rest of the boiled field beans , curry leaves , asofotedia , turmeric powder , tamarind juice , jaggery and the grounded paste to it .

3 . Boil well . Season with mustard . Garnish with fresh coriander .

4 . Serve hot with rice ....
