INGREDIENTS

Chopped garlic. 1 1/2 tablespoon
Lemon juice. 3 tablespoons
Chopped onion. 1 1/2 tablespoon
Mint leaves. 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves. 1/4 cup
Green chilli. 2 - 3
Water. 4 - 5 teaspoons
Salt to taste
METHOD
======
1 . Blanch mint and coriander leaves . Thoroughly wash the leaves and
squeeze out excess water .
2 . Blend all the ingredients on medium speed in a blender until the mixture
has a smooth consistency.
