Cooked Rice. 1 big cup
Carrots. 1/4 cup
Beans. 1/4 cup
Cabbage. 1/4 cup
Peas. 1/4 cup
Spring onion. 1/4 cup
Green chilli sauce. 1 tablespoon
Soya sauce. 1 tablespoon
Garlic. 1 teaspoon
White pepper. 1/4 teaspoon
Oil. 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
METHOD
========
1 . Heat oil in a wok .
2 . Add garlic and vegetables . Stir fry for 3 - 4 minutes .
3 . Add chilli sauce and soya sauce .
4 . Add the cooked rice , white pepper , salt and spring onion .
5 . Stir fry for another 5 minutes on low flame .
